SEO is often seen as a keyword game. In practice, the biggest impact comes from technical details users never see directly.
The OG card: first impression
When you share a link on Telegram or Facebook, two things draw the card: og:title and og:image. If they are missing, the card shows a generic image — or nothing at all — and clicks stop happening.
Canonical: duplicate control
If the same page is reachable at two addresses, search engines cannot tell which is primary. The canonical link answers that — and one version keeps its ranking.
Hreflang: languages in search
- Each locale version points at the others
- Canonical always points at its own locale
- URL structure stays stable
Do the technical part of SEO right once — then just wait for content.
